Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has been warned by the Biafra Nations Youth League(BNYL), to halt his plan for the freedom of the Nndi-Igbo.

BNYL also charged leader of the Biafra Independence Movement(BIM), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike and former leader of the Niger Delta militant, Asari Dokubo, to drop their Biafra struggle.

Reacting to religious disagreement going on among the secessionist leaders, the group said, the leaders should unite or drop their struggles for the actualisation of Biafra, if they have lost their focus.

Kanu had sometime declared that some religions will not be allowed in the yet to be actualised Biafrian nation, which Uwazuruike and Dokubo kicked against.

Meanwhile, Ebuta Takon Akor who is the BNYL’s Director of Operations, Biafra Broadcasting Service, in a statement on Sunday, June 28, disclosed his group stand on the issues that have generated much controveres in the media.

Igbos are dominant by Christians and traditions whoshipers, therefore, Biafra will not be built on religion, and no one can change that, the group said.

Furthermore, the group explain that BNYL will not tolerate anyone who wants to impose his religion ideology in the struggle, saying that both Christians and the Jews have the same biblical believe apart from the way of worship and both will conflict the Biafran nation.
