Reactions as award-winning musician Davido comes under fire on social media from certain fans for giving his friend and talent manager, Ubi Franklin, a new car.z
A few hours earlier, the talent manager shared the good news on his Instagram page and thanked Davido for his thoughtful gesture. He acknowledged the artist’s talent and expressed his gratitude, adding that he understood how to defend his people.
He wrote in on his page: “Davido just gifted me a car. Bro, thank you for everything. I love you. David just knows how to do what’s right for his people. I truly appreciate you. Make I sleep and will continue in the morning”.
Many were unimpressed by the revelation since they pointed out that the artist was treating his inner circle with automobiles despite not being able to afford to buy his daughter with his first babymama, Imade, a car, or to pay for her schooling.
