A rising star actress, Afolashade Omodesire, popularly known as Yosibi, took to her Instagram page to share photos of her engagement ceremony with a funny look that seems to look frowned on her big day.
In response, a large number of her admirers and supporters called it a joke, while other people gave her congrats on becoming engaged.

Insidenaija recalled that Yosibi in Saamu Alajo shared her humble beginning experience during an interview with Oyinmomotv, where she was asked when her fame started, and she replied that she couldn’t say actually when it happened because there was a time when her boss, Odunlade Adekola, called her and asked if she’d been going out, and people started to recognise her, telling her that they know her and that they usually see her in the movie, to which she replied, “Yes, sir’.
So, she said he told her that she should not be proud of it, and anyone who calls her, and he also told her if they say they know her and appreciate her work, she should make sure she laughs at them no matter what mood she is in at that very moment.
The interviewer further asked, do your husband also call you Yosibi? Then,she laughed about it and replied that my husband does not even remember my real name again, all he calls me is Yosibi.
The interviewer also asked her again, How are you not pressured living in a society where everyone want to be fair to get more movie role and you still maintain to dark colors.
Then she replied sayy, I am proud of my color because black is beautiful and i doesn’t crack, i dont need to change who i am or my skin color
