Popular Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has revealed that it is impossible for someone of her calibre to steal gold worth ₦91,000 when content creator Timi Agbaje has decided to give her the platform to express herself after she was accused of being a thief.
Lizzy made this comment while discussing the contentious theft case that made headlines on social media a few months back. In that case, she was charged with stealing a gramme of gold valued at ₦91,000 from the Idumota market in Lagos.
Nevertheless, the actress said that the purported gold was only worth a grain of rice when she made an appearance on a podcast. She dismissed the case, saying that no one of her level, dealing in millions-worth of heavy gold and other designer accessories, could be so low as to steal ₦91,000 worth of gold.
