Singer Portable, who has obtained a 10-year work visa for Canada, revealed on Friday in a wide video shared on his Instagram page that he proudly displayed his visa, revealing that he can now travel and perform.
Expressing excitement at leaving Nigeria for Canada, the singer said “Alhamdulilahi CEO DR ZEHNATION Going to Canada. Going and coming 10 years working permit.”

According to Insidenaija, in 2022, Portable disclosed in an Echo Room interview that he had been turned down for a US visa five times due to the way he carried himself. Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, has recently criticised Nigerian celebrities for not contributing financially to the sick music video director TG Omori’s bills. Recently, TG Omori had a botched kidney transplant procedure in Lagos. Numerous sources state that his body rejected the kidney one of his brothers donated to him.
Even while a number of Nigerian celebrities, including Davido, Kizz Daniel, and others, have posted social media messages of support following the unsuccessful operation, none of them have openly donated money to help with his medical expenses.
Portable criticised Nigerian celebrities in a video message posted on his social media website for failing to donate to the sick video director, claiming that the entertainment business “is full of fake love.”
He bemoaned the fact that prominent Nigerian figures, including the troubled Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, music mogul Don Jazzy, and others, had given money to the infamous transvestite Bobrisky during his incarceration, but had not done the same for the terminally ill TG Omori.
“TG Omori has a kidney problem and celebrities are not donating money or kidney for him but Victor Osimhen and others donated money for Bobrisky who has no value. The industry is full of fake love,” he fumed.
