The family of the late Star Yoruba actor, Quadri Omotolani Oyebamiji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri, gave his fans some cheering news as they honoured his name recently.
The Sisi Quadri family has made the very noble decision to pay tribute to their loved one. They built a modern mosque in his honour so that the local Muslims may offer prayers.
The date of Sisi Quadri’s passing was March 1, 2024. He was buried in his hometown of Iwo, Osun state, in front of his family, friends, and admirers.
In his honour, an ultra-modern mosque was constructed, where a number of Muslims would pray. Adewumicomnedy posted a picture of the large mosque on Facebook. It had a blue roof and a yellow paint job.
On September 1, 2024, it was put into service. His followers prayed for his family and expressed their excitement at the news.
Before passing away on March 1, 2024, the actor, who was well-known for his rapid jives in Yoruba films, amassed a number of followers. On March 3, he was buried at Iwo, Osun state, surrounded by his loved ones, friends, and adoring supporters who were unable to contain their sorrow.
