Nollywood actress, director, and producer Ojumola Bello has shared her life experience to become a movie star and how she spent a lot on her recent project, which couldn’t get any views.
She revealed that she spent a huge amount of 1.4 million naira on her last movie, “LOSER,” which she couldn’t even get any views for, and all that she could get paid by YouTube after uploading the film to was just 11,500 naira upon all her efforts and the money she spent in the production.
She said she has an endeavour because her mindset is to become a movie star despite the fact that she’s not back down; she had written five scripts already because she’s a writer.
She mentioned that anytime she gains a huge amount of money, she will use it to produce movies with the belief that it will be good one day.
She disclosed that at first she felt alone, so lonely, and said no one asked her to do it and the situation before she ventured. She said she didn’t call on people to come to open her eyes for her, but to come and encourage.
Ojumola lamented that she wished to see her people, especially those that know her personally, but she couldn’t see anybody.
She continued appreciating her colleagues that came to support her, including Iteledicon, Yemi Elesho, Funmi Banks Anthony, Wasila Coded, Yetunde Barnabas, Seilat Adebowale, Rotimi Salami, Bakare Zainab, Kay Alubarika, and Tosin Olaniyan, for whom she claimed that it was her first time seeing her in the hall because she had not seen her before except watching her on Instagram.
She showered praise on Kemity because she has been so good to her and she is always there for her. She also appreciated her godmother, Olayinka Solomon, despite the fact that she wasn’t around, but she was streaming and she was calling her back to back.
She was summoned to an interview on Talk to B by her senior colleague Biola Adebayo, who begged on behalf of all of her colleagues—including herself—that she didn’t come to the Guinness World Record to support her because she was unaware of it and had even gone to a set the day before her event.
Biola Adebayo wrote: MY OPINION!
This is my opinion, and no one should criticise me for it. I sincerely don’t think there was enough publicity or media awareness before and during the event. Some of us didn’t get to know about this until a few days after she started already. I worked at Ikorodu a day before I saw her post, I could have made a plane to stop by but I didn’t know and of course I was on another set a day after even though I posted immediately I saw it without her following me on Instagram. I am very sure that was the case with a lot of my colleagues as well except for the few ones she told before she started. Nevertheless, we’re sorry for not being enough for you. We love you and we’re so proud of you. You’ve done well for yourself… YOU’RE A CHAMPION 🏆 We can’t wait for @guinesswirldrecords to approve your attempt and present your certificate. I love you, @realojumolabello, and I pray you will never labor in vain. Better days are ahead of you, sis. At the end of the day, nobody can make you a Star when it’s not yet time. God will open the eyes of the right people to your side and send you help from above I’m Jesus ‘ name 🙏 Shine on sis! PLEASE LET’S GO ON YOUTUBE TO STREAM TITLED LOSER 🙏🙏🙏
