Veteran Yoruba actor, director, and producer Bolaji Amusan Popularly known by his professional name Baba Latin or Mr. Latin, he is celebrating his 58th birthday today, October 15, 2024.
The veteran actor began acting in 1988, became a comedian in 1991, and acquired the name Mr. Latin after he spoke French while acting in the 1992 film 50-50 produced by Akin Ogungbe, who mistook it for Latin.
He has produced over 40 movies, mostly comedies, and is the CEO of Mr. Latin TV and Mr. Latin Foundation.
He is a comedian and also most talented in the Yoruba movie industry, and he has also featured in series of movies including 50/50, Ebun Igbeyawo, faworaja, Nnkan Olomoba, Talo n gbemu, Mr. President (Ààrẹ Apàsẹ Wàá), Eegun Mogaji,Obajobalo, Òfin mósè, Ile Itura, Baba Insurance, Ise onise,Baba Gomina, Aweni Baku and Many more.
On his Instagram page, he posted his picture celebrating himself on his birthday and appreciated his creator for the blessings and glory in his life to witness another year in sound health.
