Popularly known veteran Yoruba actor Adebayo Salami is celebrating his son Femi Adebayo Salami’s great achievement of his movie JAGUNJAGUN being nominated as one of the biggest winners of the BON Award 2024.
The film clinched six awards, including Best Indigenous Film, Best Actor (Femi Adebayo), Best Production Design, Best Special Effects, Best Costume, and Director of the Year, shared by Bayo Tijani and Tope Adebayo. With 12 nominations, “Jagun Jagun” was also one of the most-nominated films of the night.
On his Instagram page, Adebayo Salami posts a video of the occasion and extends his sincere congratulations to his son, saying that he is really grateful to be alive and to be experiencing so many levels of success in his life and household.
He captioned his post: Hearty congratulations to our very own @femiadebayosalami, the family and entire production team of #JagunJagunTheMovie
I am most glad that, I am alive witnessing several levels of greatness in my life and household. Walahi Alhamdulillah.
