Real Madrid are back in business in the La Liga after an emphatic 5-2 victory over Celta Vigo.

Playing again in the iconic Santiago Bernabeu for the first time in 560 days, the Los Blancos got off to a poor start as Santi Mina opened the scoring for the visitors inside the first 4 minutes.

Close to the half hour mark, Karim Benzema equalised for Real Madrid but Franco Cervi put Celta back in front on the 31st minute after another defensive error from the home team.

Benzema struck again just after the interval to put Carlo Ancelotti’s side back on level terms before Vinicius Jr gave Real Madrid the lead for the first time on the night.

Debutant Edouardo Camavinga made it 4-2 just 6 minutes after replacing Eden Hazard, with Benzema completing his hat-trick to send Real Madrid top of the league.

So far, the French forward have scored 5 goals and provided 4 assists, making it 9 goal contributions (no player has more in La Liga at the moment) in just four league matches.
