Real Madrid have issued Sergio Ramos a March deadline, for a final decision on his new contract at the club, ABC and football tranfers reports.

Both parties have failed to agree fresh terms despite months of negotiations.

Ramos’ current deal is set to expire at the end of this season.

The sticking point is the wages the defender is demanding. But Madrid are looking to balance the books amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Spanish giants had hoped Ramos would lead by example and accept a pay cut.

However, with the 34-year-old yet to accept the offer of a two-year-deal and a 10% pay-cut, the club’s hierarchy have issued a March deadline for a final decision.

As it stands, Ramos is free to discuss his future with potential suitors, but Manchester United is Ramos’ preferred destination should he leave Madrid.

Liu Hai received it. One of the clips is broken. I tried it and I was not very satisfied. It was very different from what I imagined. It was more than 30 yuan. I was too lazy to return it.
