Young Boys vs Man Utd: Solskjaer’s squad for Champions League opener confirmed

Manchester United have named a 22-man squad to face Young Boys on Tuesday, as they begin their Champions League campaign.

Cristiano Ronaldo is included in the Red Devils’ travelling party, while Edinson Cavani misses out due to injury.

Anthony Elanga makes the trip along with young goalkeeper, Matej Kovar.

Injured England forward Marcus Rashford is also missing.

Defenders: Eric Bailly, Diogo Dalot, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Raphael Varane, Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Midfielders: Bruno Fernandes, Fred, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba, Jadon Sancho, Donny van de Beek

Forwards: Anthony Elanga, Mason Greenwood, Anthony Martial, Cristiano Ronaldo.
